Sell as is or part out?

Thinking about selling my Gladiator, question is, should I part it out or just sell it as is? I don’t have any of the old parts so I’d have to buy or trade for the replacement. The truck is a 2020 Rubicon it has 35k miles and a new engine that was put in less than 5k miles ago.

Bigger market for a stock Jeep, but you'll have to weigh that against the time to remove and replace the parts.

Sorry, but I don't see why it's even a question. You don't have the original parts to put back on it. You can't get enough out of the used parts to buy replacements to take it back to stock. Then there's the time and effort required to take it back to stock, plus the cash outlay up-front to acquire all the parts, and then selling the used parts afterwards.

If you decide to sell, it will have to be as-is. You can try, but there will not be a good chance for a premium on the parts you installed.

With that parts list, you’d probably get the most money by parting it out, but it’s also a lot more work and time. Personally, I’d try selling it as-is first since the new engine and quality upgrades make it a pretty desirable Gladiator. If you don’t get the price you want after a while, then consider pulling some of the bigger-ticket items and selling them separately. G.E.N.G.R.A.S
