Please keep us updated on any bumpers like this that you find.

I was talking with Long Range America yesterday about adding an additional fuel tank and they are trying to see if the JL tank they currently have could fit where the spare tire is. That means that the spare would have to be relocated so I’m interested in seeing what’s available.
was thinking just this. Pie*Rsquared*width is around 40-50 gallon for a 36" tire 9-12" wide.

Unfortunately this will be my 16th year at SEMA. At least this year I have a personal interest in walking the halls instead of just work related. Still not a fan of Vegas week...
Need company? I bet it's a lot more fun as a spectator than as a vendor or having to go as a work related trip.

Random aux. tank thoughts -
A custom transfer tank in the bed snugged up to the cab would be about 36"W x 12" tall. Would need to verify it's not taller than the filler neck.
6" wide = 11.22 gallons
8" wide = 14.96 gallons.
12" wide = 22.44 gallons.
+ no transfer pump if you could plumb it into the main tank. Could rig up a manual petcock + gravity feed also.
+ keep spare in stock location.

You could get up to 17.5 high at the bed lip with a top mounted cap to fill.

Here's my new avatar. Someone apparently didn't approve of my previous avatar (the one you're referring to). I read the rules here and didn't see anything about avatars and pics of women with 4-point harnesses on. I did see rules about profanity but I see that on here so who knows...
oh man, the 4 point harness avatar is gone? =( I never paid attention to your screen name before...........SHOCKER!

That's a big one for me. I dislike the look of the current factory soft top when it's open. Plus it wouldn't fit in my garage like that so I'd have to close the top every time.
Agreed! Silly that @BestopTeam already has this technology in the Supertop Ultra......

I’m fine with how the top opens I want a back window with zippers that rolls up like a normal Jeep back window.

Got to lay a tape on an actual JT bed this morning, looks like you could comfortably fit a 42" wide tank x maybe 12" tall.
x 6" wide = 13 gallons. Giving up 6" of bed length doesn't sound too bad for increasing tank capacity ~60%.
x 8" wide = 17.5 gallons.

Probably what I'll do.
Why not take it to bed height tho?
