Yes 23 Diesel Rubicon on 35s. Super frustrating trying to get home driving across the country with my pregnant wife. @JeepCares was supposed to call me on Friday to assist us with getting home but it’s Monday and still no phone call. We limped it home but it was a brutal drive.
you Know how to get it to reset right??
Any fix for this? Just finished a cross country road trip towing my RPOD and had issues with the limp mode almost daily. I'll be bringing it in to my local dealership soon.
there is. they are just saying there's no code. The best way to take it in is once it goes into it, have it towed and DO NOT CYCLE THE ENGINE 3 TIMES that's why I think no code is there. Once cycled 3 times it clears code.

I had to clear it, otherwise we wouldn't have made it home. Of course, now it's cleared as I'm taking it in but at least a STAR case was opened by the dealer we stopped by in Nebraska.

Okay, wanted to make sure you knew how to cycle engine to clear. All the codes that come up on my Gladiator are turbo boost related to the extra power needed to pull additional load.

Mine are turbo underboost and emissions system related.

Banks makes a power adder to solve this problem, but it voids all your warranties if you put it on your vehicle.

It really shouldn't be happening. Something is either designed or programmed incorrectly or just broken. My trailer weighs about 60% of the 6000lb tow capacity (verified using a CAT Scale on the second day of my trip).

I think your off on tow capacity. The dealership said for the diesel motor is 7500. Your right because I'm trying to pull a small 12' trailer with my Honda Talon on it. Total weight is about 2900.

I have a similar issue that will need to go to the dealer. Happened once towing, but also happens when climbing moderate hills at freeway speeds. At least 4 times now. Dash says Service Electric Stability, but the code is P00AF Turbocharger Boost Control. Very dangerous as it has happened twice passing cars and pulls all power.

Experiencing similar issue currently, what ended up being your fix or remedy?
Appreciate any input you can provide!

Not sure if it is fixed or not yet, but haven't had it trigger since the ecu flash at the same time as the HPFP replacement a month ago. Went out to the normal hill where it kicks off and no CELs. I hope that I am lucky enough for such an easy fix, but expect it will return when outdoor temps get back to normal and the jeep is running warmer for longer.

Were any of you able to resolve the issue? Just happened to me on the annual family road trip up the East coast. Towing our TT, ~4,500 lbs., made it to the foothills and then the lights (service etc and service esc) and limp mode. I was able to nurse it along to our waypoint in PA, but still have a trek ahead of me before I can get to a place for service.

I did try disconnecting the batteries and giving it another go, and that cleared things but came back after 10 mins or so. Seemed to pop both times on a steeper grade.

Appreciate any tips or feedback. Hoping to make it to our final waypoint and the dealer, earliest I could get in was the 30th... Disappointed for sure, stock Eco with just a OEM brake controller >.<.

edit: way too long of a day to type :)
