Service shifter message

Hello, has anyone ever had this problem? On my 2021 Gladiator the service shifter message appeared on my dash, after a minute or so it went away. Ten days later it appeared again and was dinging. The next morning, when i started it, every warning light and message known to man was screaming at me. I put it in gear to move it, and the steering was very hard, also the wipers started going and the wiper switch was off. I had it towed to the dealership and after 8 days they told me it was the shifter module bad. After they replaced it, the problem still persists. The dealership still has it there and this is starting the fifth week it's been there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I hope that "JEEPCARES" also reads this post. I have been trying to call them but the wait time on hold is over 30 minutes, and I can't hold that long at work.

If I have learned anything in my time on these forums, it's that any time there seems to be a completely unexplainable issue with these trucks you should check (then double check, then check again for good measure) the batteries.
