So, I went to my local favorite mechanic and asked them to quote me a price to replace both batteries. I did mention to them the quote from the stealership, $750-$800, as well as, that the stealership uses batteries with a 3 year warranty.
Well, they came back with a cost of $590 and they also use batteries with a 3 year warranty. So, this Friday (4/24/26) I'm getting the batteries replaced by my mechanic and, hopefully no more of that annoying Service the AS/S system alert.
