Hello guys, I have a 2022 Jeep gladiator, as of today it has about 19.5K miles. Once I reached the 16-18k mile mark my gladiator had a message pop up saying “service shifter” as I drove the steering wheel got hard and I couldn’t turn it, it would flash the message “service shifter” many times before steering wheel got hard. I turned off Jeep and it went away but would come back later through out the day. I took it to a Jeep dealership and they said they didn’t find any issues and that it didn’t pop up for them, later that same day check engine light came on along with “service shifter” message again, I have proof of everything, how can I fix this? I’m afraid of taking it back to the dealership with the proof and them still saying they can’t find nothing because that might mean the car Is a lemon? I just want this fixed, thanks
