Just thought I’d update. My local deal has come back with 2 options for me. Fox and Jeep are no longer licensing the brand for Jeep and have moved to Bilstein.
1. remove the FOX send it back the them and they repair it.
2. replace all 4 with the new Bilstein shocks.

I chose door number 2.

So Bilstein is making a oem MOPAR part number replacement for the Fox 2.0 Rubicon shocks or is the dealer installing aftermarket bought?

I know they went with Bilstein for the MOPAR lift kits now, but did not know if they offered a OEM replacement for the Rubicon Fox factory shocks.

I honestly have no idea. This dealership is a joke. This is what chrysler is telling them to do. I have been dealing with this since january, i have had conversations with multiple people, including Jeep wave customer care (who also know jack) Jeep didn't use fox on rubicons, does you jeep have a life? Mopar keeps cancelling your order, oh, i'm not the originally service writer. This has been a shit show HAHAHA. I have had 3 different service writes, a service manager and teh parts manager involved.

Funny how they discontinued the Fox shock for the older models when they show Fox shocks on the new 2024 Mojave X model Gladiator ......

they did say the Mojave will continue to use the fox internal bypass shocks so it looks like no change there.

I installed a take-off suspension from a 2023 JLU 392XR on my wife's 2022 JLU Willys. The shocks changed for 2023 to a branded Mopar/Rubicon metal body shock. The Fox shocks were no longer being used just like the JTR. A lot of 392 folks were complaining about this. No one knows who the manufacture is on these newer shocks and Jeep is holding this news close to them.

After install the JLUW rides so much more stable. Doesn't dip into curves and absorbs bumps with more stability.

My point being just because you/we are now getting a Mopar branded shock doesn't mean it doesn't meet or exceed the previous "branded" shock. My only concern would be moving away from an Aluminum body to a metal one.

i don't care what shocks i get. I'd be happy with one of the same but the dealer and chrysler are saying what i need. There is no communication from any departments here. They couldn't even tell if i had a lift or not (i don't) i even suggested they go look at at 2023 or 2024 model to see what the part number was on that shock.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...............................It finally happened. I have 4 new shocks. literally 12 months to the date!!! FFS, Jeep does nto make the warranty process very pleasant. Now i have been waiting for teh axle position sensor to be delivered. My case manager with Wave has been great and is seeing first hand the near impossible success rate of communication with this dealership. The 100% never, ever respond to emails or voicemails.

A whole year? Ouch.
You had better luck with Jeep customer service than I had last fall. They totally fell on their faces, never returned communications, twice promised calls with status updates, they never called. The service manager is the one who kept hounding Jeep and STAR and the regional tech rep. If I had to rely on JeepCares or Jeep customer service for that transmission - it would still be sitting across the county in limbo without a dry transmission.
They did ZIP for the process this time.

I am on my 3rd case manager. Jeep Wave hardly returns calls or responds to emails also. My axle position sensor was slated to arrive last week. No update from dealer, only Customer care. They told me they are ordering the part from another dealer and should be here by the 30th. SHit that was yesterday. I cannot call the dealer, they don't answer. I literally have to go into the dealer to get updates.
