AllMoparparts.com is a site sponser and Benny is the guy you talk to when reaching out, he is good, very good, and if buying from him let him know you are on this forum and he will give you a discount code for your order. Benny is the guy I would trust more than your dealer!….Jack

This says OE replacement -

But both seems to look up as rears -

I think you'd better get some clarity on this - check with Benny on those numbers. Looking here, they are both for rear.

Benny confirmed these are the correct part numbers and since these are redesigned all 4 should be replaced (they are all on order)

9 months and 23 days. still not parts HAHAHA. Is it wrong of me to be puting the dealership on blast with my reviews of their parts and service department? Maybe that's why they aren't updating me.

None of your business.
Bilsteins have been the most reliable and best performing shocks overall, for me. The Fox brand have been disappointing and seems to have been made popular from the poser man-babies who wear straight billed hats at age 50, and make utube videos exclaiming the benefits of “narly shredding it” with their prepubescent minded Toyota Tacomas. Sorry, I’m not impressed.

Rarely does a new car dealership go out of business for bad service. There is always a new rube walking in off the street to replace your business.

You are not a priority to them and they are just letting you hang out in the ether and probably blaming corporate.

At some point, you may need to figure out another avenue. I get the principle of it all, but I sure would not be playing the same game with this dealership.

i figured out i am not a priority at least 6 months ago. HAHAHA and YES 100% blaming corporate all the way! I've heard it all: First it was changing service writer 3 times since january, Oh i wasn't the originals service writer, I've seen this happen before when they recall a part, FOX shocks didn't come on you jeep, You have a lift (i don't) we might not be able to replace the shocks under warranty, We have your shock go ahead and bring it in (3 times) I found teh chock we need and am having it overnighted from VA. I will call you when it gets here. Chrysler keeps cancelling teh order. I can try to order it again and see what happens, the part number does't exist any more so we can't get shocks, i got part number now from Mopar performance. I see they have all of them in LA but auto workers are on strike and we won't see them for a long time.

They really pulled out the play book on this one HAHAHA.

What are your realistic options at this point then?

Another dealer is just resetting the buffoonery games possibly and they will have the same constraints from the strike.

Suing them is not cost advantage, and that leaves pretty much just going out on your own to find the one shock either used like new take off or just going all out aftermarket for all four and put it behind you.

I noticed a huge difference. The new shocks do not appear to be labeled bilsein but they are red. Just like the jlu ribicons.

See…that’s kind of jacked. Saturday I had my FL shock replaced under warrantee. Only to 6 business days to come in. It was the replacement of the Diesel recalled shock. Unlike me to not look at work completed…so I’m wondering if I have a red-headed step child up there.
