Has anyone with an older JTM upgrade to this style of axles. My '23 JTM has the older U Joint style axles
for your intended use it would be a down grade, they are built for AWD and very little load they are not like RCV's

I wonder what Jeep's logic is in using them on non 4A trucks.... "just what we had" ?

I wonder what Jeep's logic is in using them on non 4A trucks.... "just what we had" ?
They are smoother then U joints at high speeds and daily driving think like standard a IFS truck. Since most of the AWD jeeps only see soccer practice and the mall it is a trade-off for creature comforts
they are not meant to have the front wheels trapped in rocks with full load on them geared down trying to power through
