Do you have leather or cloth? I've got leather (Mojave) seats and think they're pretty comfy. I've heard cloth is different.

I've got the same issue, had to buy a purple seat cushion for long drives. If your issue is that you need the front of the seat higher you can try the seat jackers. I've got a short inseam though so the last thing I need is the front even higher so I went with the cushion and it works.

Try a purple cushion, it's cheap and if you get it on Amazon and don't like it you can return it. Sure it's not super manly but I can do multiple day road trips with out having a bruise on my ass.

The seat slammers cut the rear so it would still just leave the front high as well instead of lowering the entire seat.

Other option people have done is local upholstery shop to have the seat padding redone under the leather.

Not sure how tall you are, but this kit is adjustable. I'm 6-3ish and the sitting position is great for me. The setting I chose was to lower the rear of the seat 2" and raised the front using the blocks provided. It changed the support point to mid thigh for me. Much more comfortable and my head isn't tapping the rollbar.

Click the link (Seat Slammers). There are several options. One of the best mods I've done.

There's a large variety to choose from, but something like this should help. I've been using one while driving for a very long time.

Kieba Coccyx Seat Cushion, Cool Gel Memory Foam Large Orthopedic Tailbone Pillow for Sciatica, Back, and Tailbone Pain (Black) https://a.co/d/40aEAZi

Seat jackers are a life saver. For me it was lower back pain from insufficient thigh support. The Stellantis engineers unnecessarily added a seat height adjustment, which unless you're a midget, you will never need. Instead they should have made the seat bottoms adjustable for tilt like some other cars. But, because they didn't , this is where the Desert Does It seat jackers solve the problem. I gt the tallest jackers, I think 1.25" but I am 6'2". Unless you're tall and or have long legs, I would suggest the smaller jackers which I think are .75"

Thankfully, the upcoming JL update has a ton of electronic seat adjustments. I am sincerely hoping the gladiator update has them as my back and knee problems are only getting worse and it’s causing me to look more and more at a ram :-/
