I did a lot of researching, and ended up choosing neither. I went with the Voswitch.

https://www.extremeterrain.com/voswitch-jeep-gladiator-grab-handle-switch-panel-system-8-button-jl800.html?utm_content=XT Interior - Gauges and Switches|Voswitch

Super easy install, out of the way but easily reachable switch control, no bulky panels to mount. And it cost 1/3. What's not to like. Everyone who has seen it - including my jeep shop which had never seen them before - loves it. As do I. Worth considering. One note : all circuits are 30 amps instead of the step down amps that most have. That made it a no brainer for me.

Thanks for your suggestion but every single thing going on my jeep is american made im not interested in breaking that for the last piece of the puzzle to save ~ $200 bucks vs my pricing

Also just fyi the sPod works with carplay which is a recent development and im told the switchpros will be doing that before years end

From what I've seen(no personal experience sadly) switchpros seems to have a smaller footprint and the option for 12 buttons that are all programmable.
Spod only has 8 buttons, assuming no daisy chaining.
Both include options for ignition or battery power as well as hi/lo mode.
Switch pros looks like it's ment to have its wires terminated to butt connectors or soldered.
Spod allows the use of just ring terminals
Honestly speaking, I'd get whatever goes on sale first but I'm personally looking at spod just because I had a tab open on that one first. The 12 buttons on the switchpro is making me really think about it though.

I have the sPod, I still have two buttons empty!

Install is a breeze, American made (I always go American if possible) quality is superb.

I have the sPOD, It came with the Jeep when I bought it. Nothing is hooked to it but I have had to remove it and reinstall it. The re-install was pretty easy and it also has Bluetooth so you can control it from your phone as well but you have to be pretty close to it for it work. I don't know much about the other one but with the sPOD you can hook up multiple sPODs together to get additional buttons if needed.

Garmin Power Switch:
  • Dead simple installation
  • Small footprint
  • You can run multiple units
  • They take input wiring for conditional switching
  • No control panel to wire through the firewall
  • I can control everything from my phone or through CarPlay or Android Auto or Garmin GPS

I had the sPod in my JK, it was flawless for the length of ownership!

Yeah, I just go for whatever works best for my situation. As someone who is deep into manufacturing electronic goods in 2024, somewhere between 50-99% of the internals of "American Made" products come from (mostly) China. Just a FYI. Use what you like.

I've got the sPOD but I haven't seen functionality with CarPlay; I saw Casey250 had it but wondering if it was a beta app.
