Sport S Max Tow Fully Loaded - what is the payload?

How do you determine the payload based on options? Looked at a high altitude, but, its payload on the charts is around 1000. That is not enough for 2 adults, 2 children, and 500 lb trailer tongue weight. We are looking at a Micro Winnie 2306BHS that is 584 lb tongue weight and GV of 6000. Looking at a Sport S, it claims it can have a payload of 1600 lbs. But what happens if you add a hard top, bedliner, and other accessories. Each is weight. Is there a way to determine that prior to ordering? There are none near me that fit the bill and Gupton has been awesome to buy from before...thoughts?

There is a chart on here somewhere that list the capacities of different trim packages. If your actual looking at one it's on the door jam stickers.
This is of my Max-Tow stickers. Tire and Loading one covers it 1548 lbs.
