I looking to refresh the shocks and springs on my 2020 gladiator sport S. Dana 44 and max tow bought new with hard top. I’m looking at 2024 rubicon (with hard top) shock and spring takeoffs with about 100 miles on them. Mopar parts online says the springs won’t fit. Shouldn’t it be the same brackets or is it telling me it doesn’t fit because of the spring rate. Aren’t all rubicons max tow anyway? Another note, I bought someone’s almost new rubicon shocks from a JL a while ago and I bottom out in front over speed bumps which didn’t happen before. Fronts shocks fit, rears didn’t
Any advice is appreciated

I would think your max tow springs are better in many ways. First and most beneficial is the load carrying capacity. The Max Tow is greater. Rubicons springs are not equal to Max Tows. Max Tows are in a league of their own. Max Tows have the greatest load/tow capacity of all Gladiators. With the Max Tow you don’t want to modify anything. Changing to Rubicon springs will reduce tow capacity. Changing to larger tire size will add weight and reduce tow capacity. Max Tows are best left in original form.
