I bought a Gladiator a little over a month ago. Frequently, I will get an auto start/stop error message, and the climate control shuts off, the entire panel losses power. It's mid-winter, so not ideal.
I'm taking it to the dealership to see what's up, but I'm curious whether anyone else has experienced anything like this. There is no consistency to it; sometimes It will happen 5 minutes after starting, while just driving around town, sometimes on the highway after driving for hours.

I would suggest opening the fuse panel cover under the hood by the battery and make sure all the fuses and relays are fully seated.

I just had to drop mine off at the dealer for the bad battery issue as it keeps going dead after sitting overnight. The last time i jump started it and tried to use it I got exactly the symtoms you describe. When I tested the battery it was down near 5 volts, so pretty much a goner. Not sure if your issue is the same, but it sounds like it could be power related
