I'm up for that. Do you have any printouts of your alignment specs? I have replaced nearly all the suspension parts with the exception of the tie rod and drag link. I've had it aligned twice, and it's well within the tolerances. I'm thinking it might be another faulty steering box (which seems to be a thing according to others on the TSB thread), or the tie rod ends.
I havent had an alignment or any part changed. 3.5k miles on. I will grab some detail pics Saturday

the problem i have with my steering is it works some time then the play come on like it loose pressure and the play start then goes back to what dealership say is normal. they had my gladiator for almost a whole month off and on since march. it also leak water from the roof panels and the bottom of the front doors when i take the jeep thru the car wash. they responded by saying there was service bulletin saying that jeep might leak if taken thru a car wash. wow an answer..don't take it thru a car wash. really dis appointed on the quality of the jeep.
It's not normal. Look up some of my other posts. I had the same thing, picked up mine on 3/26 and have had the play since day one. I took it to one dealer who said its not right but looks right-there's nothing we'll do. I sent a message to jeep cares here on the forum, got a case started, took it to another dealer who's actually honest and has a great service department and a day later I've got a new steering box and it drives like it should. I've had prior Jeeps, trucks, and cars, both solid axle and independent suspension. The solid axle's will jump a little more when you hit a bump at speed but the steering shouldn't wander or have a 2" dead spot in the center like I did. Talk to Jeep and open a case and try and find another dealer. If your in SC, I'll shoot you the dealer I went to. Good luck!

Sounds like yours is like mine was AFTER the steering gear was replaced last fall. It was "ok" for a while, then gradually got worse again - wandered, not pulled, and there wasn't play in the wheel - you couldn't move the wheel back and forth before it responded, you just had to constantly correct it, then it would wander the other way, you'd correct, then it would go back again.
So they replaced it again - and marked the other steering gear for return to FCA "internal fault".
These are electro-hydraulic, so there's a lot that can go wrong.
