My dealer doesn’t seem to get any updates now that I’m in shipping (KZ). I guess there’s nothing I can do but wait for the call that it is in?VIN can be got by supplying the VON to the contact us tab on jeep.com. Most people use the chat vs the phone. My experiences are that they are more knowledgeable on the chat vs phone. They couldn't even find my order.
Once you have a VIN you can chat them at any time to see the status. The thing is once it hits shipping jeep chat is no longer your resource. Then you have to go to your dealer to get updates. Some dealerships get them others do not.
