May the Sting Gray Gods be praised I am D1 today!

Lucky you! I was in D, then D1, then have been returned to D where I currently still sit. As bad as it is, I think its made far worse by the fact that it was D1 for a period of time and then went backwards! Those of you who get your trucks need to post lots of pictures for those of us stuck in purgatory!

I was in D1 for 2 weeks and now I’m back in D, have gone back and forth twice now. Currently at ‘D’ status for 29 days. Seeing some folks getting there’s makes me hopeful! I stare at these daily.... patiently waiting....

@MomsJeep and @Tire Guy, seeing the pile-o-goodies stacked up, I have a strong feeling the build was delayed due to the hell-crate they tried to sneak in there!

Not sure, only thing I can think of is the dual top group. I did all other options though outside of remote start and adaptive cruise. Had to do Berliner and couldn’t do steel bumper. Dealer did tell me ship date is still showing 7/25. Who knows...?

It was also interesting. When I pressed a little harder the first time I went back to D the lady on Jeep chat shared that ‘it’s the same’ your parts are hear we just don’t have a hard build date yet.” That was the first I had heard that but it is hard to say what info those folks have at their fingertips.

Im having the same issue (D-D1-D again). I didnt get dual top, but did do body color top. I did remote start and adaptive cruise as well. No steel bumper. I was guessing it was the body color top but now your story has me thinking its probably something else. We'll never know the answer.... we just have to entertain ourselves with all the aftermarket goodies we can stack up before it finally arrives! Consolation prizes??

I did not do a great job taking pictures tonight. Everyone at the dealer loved the saddle brown and I’m a huge fan of it. I rode all the way home with the top down and the back window in. It was glorious.

If you get a chance, could you grab a pic outside the truck on the passenger side looking in with the door open? I'm trying to get a better sense of how the dash looks with the Sting Grey and saddle. Like this one, but from the passenger side with the door open to show the dash and seat.

Yes, will grab one tomorrow. I think it looks great. I was definitely nervous and I'm so glad I picked the saddle brown.

No doubt, I have tried to figure out this mess a few times in the past on the JL SportS and JKU Rubicon... The world will never know.
