Is yours on a rail car expected in on the 8th?

It was supposed to have arrived in Winston around the 31st, and at the dealer a week later, which is tomorrow. I haven’t had an update in about a week. Was something said about the 8th?

Jeep told me that mine was on a rail car to be delivered on the 8th.

I honestly didnt look around. Was there when they opened and left at 10:30. I wasn't in a rush. And my name was on the window sticker

That tan interior isn't so bad... and it gets rid of the stupid red dashboard handily!

Ordered my Rubicon Gladiator Sting Gray yesterday with Peterson in Idaho. I live in NC. Unfortunately looks like I could have gotten a similar deal hear in NC at Tri City in NC :o( I got a great deal but will have to pay to have the Jeep shipped to my home town. Looking forward to getting the Gladiator. We will see how the build process goes.

It'd be a lot more fun to just go get it and then take it all over the mountains.

In Maryland it should be March through December, honestly. I didn't even get a hard top because if the snow is going to be that bad I won't even have to go into work. We get 3 feet of snow once every 5 or 6 years, but I park in my garage, so I'm not worried about it at all.

Given the fact that I have moved to D1 status 5 times now (only to be returned to D 24 hours later) I thought I would check in today to see if I was indeed still in D1 this time. Nope. Back to D. I was told that now there is a backorder on REAR BUMPERS. If this is true this might be a real problem for a lot of people!

It'd be a lot more fun to just go get it and then take it all over the mountains.

I thought about it, but then MapQuest showed 25 hours of driving. Wasn't sure if I wanted take off of work for the drive. I also considered break in period for the motor and that it may not be best to do steady highway speed vs. varying the speed. But it is not out of the question, especially if I could recruit a passenger :o)

Tomorrow will be 30 days in I Status for mine as well. All they could tell me today is sometimes it sits there waiting for shipping information

I have to imagine it's based on location and the volume your dealers see. Unless you ordered from a high volume dealer out of state and then I have no idea.
