Well I can tell you to a large extent she and her other friend (Ashley?) are bots!

Yesterday I typed in that my dealer quoted me a 4 - 6 week order to delivery timeframe and a fraction of a second after I hit "Send" a 4 line reply came back saying that the timeframe should be 8 - 12 weeks blah, blah, blah...

I'm not sure about that. I ask one a week back if she could pick out the traffic lights is a set of pictures and she preformed quite well.

I'm thinking there are some trigger words/phrases that generate automatic replies in the chat session. Then they review and augment or customize the reply further...but part of it automated for sure. No way she could reply with multiple sentences the same instant I hit enter.

Not gonna lie, i kind of do the same thing lol. I got tired of typing in the same stuff every time when chatting with them so i just typed it out into a word document and copy and paste over and edit as needed. makes the whole process a lot quicker lol.

What about those mirrors that are attached to the vents in the truck? I don’t know if a Jeep parts department would sell them or if you would have to get them from an aftermarket company. But they would be a perfect solution for when you take the doors off. Would not have to pull them out of storage and mount them as they would always be there.

Lol. This is so me. I have a whole file with every response already typed up. I wish FCA would just give us access to the status page already so we wouldn’t have to go through their half bot half human system to hear that I’m still in fucking JB.

I have a trip planned for Wednesday to Minnesota to photograph black bear. I am still hopeful that my truck will get sprayed today and shipped on Monday. I still think there is a chance I will be driving my new truck by Wednesday.

I had this same attitude last weekend and we all know how that worked out
I guess for now Ill just go wash the JK and say my goodbyes.

Is yours a LE or custom order? My thought is that they are trying to get all the LE’s out ( except for granite). I custom ordered a loaded rubicon and I was informed that it would not be delivered until late August. I cancelled the order..

It is a custom order. I ordered on 5/2.

They can see as your typing . I have a chat on our company site . You can see every letter they are typing
