Work in progress seat delete.
Looking for inspiration.
Raptor 2k shaker cans, carpet, paint/stain or honor it with a Rhino Coat done by professionals.

I think that carpet is going to be the way to go if you want it to look like it supposed to be there, and not something that was just dropped it. Just my opinion.

I would find a good quality Polymat felt.

My first question is what is it going to be used for? If you are doing it for the four legged best friend, I would suggest a durable carpet as that would likely be better for them (but increase the need for vacuuming on a regular basis. If you want to forgoe that then I would suggest a durable coating like the Raptor 2k rattle can, I think it's almost as good as the pro liner deal, but fraction of the cost.

If it was my build I would do the Raptor coat, then make a carpeted mat that can be snapped in place (removable) this way you can take the carpet out if you are getting into a dirtier situation, and it can be taken out for ease of cleaning, and once out the Raptor protection is still there (just a thought)

That's looking sharp!

I built a rear cover for my JKU when I had the top off. I opted to paint it so it would have a good seal from liquids, then wrapped it with automotive carpet. The thicker the better I found.

Beautiful work!! How are you using the space? If it’s for equipment, I would line it with indoor/outdoor carpet. For a dog, I sprayed mine with Lizard Skin, bed liner, and put foam mats, cut to fit, for padding. It’s easy to clean dog hair and drool.

In the film Contact there was a memorable line "First rule in government spending: why build one when you can have two at twice the price?"
I do have all the components made to put together a second one. Are you nearby Austin, TX?
