Got the ADS 3 tube Bypass.Bump stops and rear sway bar in and tuned by a master..Phil @ Liberty Mountain Fab. Pictures and link to his Video. Once Phil gets rolling he's over 50mph..roads are rough picture doesn't show how bad.

Clayton 3.5" fronts and their HD rears are working great, 8ea RK's X factor links.

Yes..tank is dry as I just installed a aluminum one from Motobuilt. I didn't finish as the fill tube they provide is the wrong size, to large of a ID IMO and just got a new hose last night.

I haven't weighted it out with the top on as still building it out but based on its weight 480 plus what I have added and the 40" spare and other stuff I threw in to try to approximate the final weight I added about 750lbs. Weight was without a spare and related stuff, no back seats, no driver. Had full tank of fuel, Warn winch plate and 9.0RC winch, HK shackle kit, 2ea small led bumper lights, Goose Gear seat delete. RK X factor arms and Fox shocks, Icon beadlocks and 38" Trail Grapplers and RSI step sliders with armor.

Before I started I weighted it at our local certified scale and got:
Total 5970 GVWR 6450
Front 3370 GAWR 3400
Rear 2600 GAWR 3750

So 480lbs capacity..like anyone that does these builds its gona be overweight by 300-500 lbs mostly on the rear axle. But since the rear axle can carry 1150lbs IMO no issue at all. Diesel doesn't seem to care it still pulls and drives great but I think I've lost 2 mpg. I'll likely do a gearing change...TBD.
