Talk me into a Sunrider

Got mine installed. Absolutely love it. I've used it four times in the last day.

I did have an issue with the install. The drivers side door rail and top won't line up. So I can only get one of the bolts in. The pins lined up with the holes. But it is a little off to the point I can't get the second bolt in. Waiting to hear back about a replacement door rail.

@Bestop what's going on? Seems like quality issues are coming up. Another guy had problems like this last week.

You guys spray anything on the top? Some scotch brite like concept?

just loosen everything. They’ll line up.

Loosen them all up. Wiggle it. Try again. It is a really tight fit, but will be fine.

Nope tried that. I was able to get the front bolt in. But the back bolt isn't going in.

Because it’s just bad ass. Top on or top off. So versatile.

I love mine, I live in the Bay Area where weather can make a turn for the worst at the snap of your fingers. its one of the mods that I appreciated way more after using it. its a nice luxury to have. for the first year of owning my gladiator id hop in and out latch and unlatch. pack and stow the hard top. also depending on your application and usage for your truck, I have decked drawer system and mid height roof rack rooftop tent etc. stowing away panels becomes really bulky and becomes a waste of space. on semi colder days im still comfortable riding with the windows up and having an open ceiling and fresh air without feeling distressed from the cold. I will say that when it gets really cold and traveling to snow I do take off my Sunrider and replace it with the hardtop for those trips. once the Sunrider is installed its very easy to take on and off. just my two cents. hope this helps w anyone else who's considering this option. definitely suggest the twill if you end up buying.

Nope tried that. I was able to get the front bolt in. But the back bolt isn't going in.

I wish we were closer. I really like figuring this stuff out. Sorry you’re having trouble. Call them. Their customer service is very good.
