I emailed the company before purchasing one, and they said yes it would work. It was delivered, but my JTRD isn’t in yet, so I haven’t tried it.

Mine is on my desk and has the latest firmware installed. As soon as I can shake off enough of the WUFLU I'll go install it and play with it a bit. I did contact ZAutomotive before purchasing and they assured me it's good to go for 2021 Diesel.

Thank You! I bought one but didn't update it and it didn't read the 2021 model Strange
I will update to the latest firmware and try it again
I have an AEV also but wanted more options then just Gear & Tire height

Same here. Being able to turn odd ASS (Appropriately named) was worth it alone to me.

OK I need someone to School me on this Tazer
I have a feature that has me stumped.
Everything works great just a hidden feature that I have and have not seen it anywhere else.
I really don't want to bring this out to the Open forum.
Would like to do the on PM please

Shoot me a PM, or I am not embarrassed to answer here as someone else may have the same question.

MY JTDR is on order, expected next month...

I will need something like a Tazer Mini. I've heard about the JScan... which one is better? It would be great to see a comparison of what each can do.

Thank you! I didn't consider the live features, which I'm sure that I'll want, and I didn't get that aspect originally.

I have worked LOTS with the Tazer JL Mini and also a few hours or so with JScan.

Both are aok, but the Tazer JL Mini is the best way to go.... especially, if you want ESS to be dealt with seamlessly.... + you want to benefit from other "live features" offered ..... also Tazer offers more features... more, more...

Tazer JL Mini is so much more user friendly... there is lots of support from Joe at ZAutomotive and from the many Tazer JL user's. JScan, not so much

So, not bad mouthing JSCAN, but there is a reason why most every one goes with Tazer JL for their programming needs. Tazer JL was first to market and shines above all others.

For guys / gals that aren't real tech savvy, Tazer JL Mini is easier to work with for sure...

YES, Tazer JL Mini is the more expensive way to go....

Regardless of whether you go with Tazer JL or JScan, a must have is the SWG Extension cable , now being sold on ZAutomotive's website... A must have, unless you are a glutton for punishment lets say.

Suggest if you go Tazer, to buy directly from ZAutomotive's website. Do pay for the additional 1 yr warranty above the 1 yr. standard warranty.. it costs $20.... and remember to buy the SWG extension cable.
