Teraflex 1.5" front Daystar 3/4" rear -- Fixing Geometries?

Hi guys, so I'm learning as I'm going on my first Jeep. I've got a Sport S non Max, and I've picked up some rubi takeoffs that I'd like to install along with the teraflex and daystar spacers. I've seen people say that spacers will throw off truck geometries (and other people say that the 1.5" front-3/4" rear combo isn't enough to worry about). Let's say someone was motivated to fix those geometries, what would their part list be?

Well, if you are really that motivated to fix it you will need to get all the specs for a full alignment and then get adjustable control arms and track bars. That is how you fix geometry. The track bar centers the axle and control arms fix the pinion angles (driveshaft to differential angle) and center the wheel within the wheel well. You would then adjust everything to meet specs.

It is a lot of money to fix something that likely will never cause you problems. 1.5” on the front is not going to really create enough of a problem to spend the money IMO. Same with 3/4” on the rear.

sgtkersh What about 2.5" in front and 1" in back? Any need for the mentioned parts or will the effects be minimal?

At 2.5” I would personally do a full lift kit that includes track bars and control arms and dial it in. That is starting to really change the pinion angle on the front in particular and your axle will be off enough that it should be recentered. I don’t know if 1” on the rear of Gladiator is enough to do that, but I do think 2.5” on the front is. If I was going that route again I would just get a full kit the has all the parts.

Mopar control arms from the 2” lift are 1/4” longer than stock, and are only $60 a pair. They are enough to correct for 2” if lift.
