I know Ranch, the fella who cofounded Teraflex - nice guy. Their products haven't gotten "worse" and the company has been sold more than once. It reminds me though, check out how many brands @RealTruck owns. Some pretty big names in there, all still quality products.

It’s good to hear that some places are keeping up on their quality.

is it all chinese made stuff?
Nope, not at all actually! See the below quote

Teraflex/Falxon is not made in China. I've taken a tour of their factory and offices in West Jordan, Utah.
Hopefully I can answer a few questions here, and hopefully clear a few things up. Feel free to ask any questions you may have and I'll do my best to answer them.

The sale/purchase of Teraflex was done to help ensure a brighter, larger future for Teraflex/Falcon, for improving distribution, quality, and overall market presence. We are still using our same decades long relationship suppliers and resources, and similar to what I've said above, we have no plans to change any of that. Also, we have retained the same family management, engineering team/processes, employees, etc across both Teraflex and Falcon. There is no current plan for any of that to change as well. As a final note, I know stuff like this can seem like doomsday, and seem like the start of the end, but I can say this will be in fact the start of even more good things to come for both Teraflex and Falcon's future as a brand.

This makes more sense given that the new nomad bead locks are using the kmc rings.

Thank you for jumping in and giving some reassurance.

Wow, you make it sound like Wall Street is a bunch of vultures... :like:
The name of the buyer's law firm is Dewey, Cheatum, and Howe.
The buyer's are on Wall Street under "Engulf and Devour"

Let's see how things are in 12-18 months. Lee told all of the AMC people "nothing changes, you'll all have your jobs, business as usual.
Shortly after - staff was fired, Iacocca gave the order to scrap body parts, dealers were told to cut inventory - even by trashing parts - I know first-hand, I know some of the guys who went around dumpster-diving and buying parts for pennies on the dollar from the dealerships that didn't want to dumpster parts. Iacocca lied through his teeth. I talked to engineers who worked there when the take-over took place.

I was also part of CCC when Roper took over and told us the same thing.
A fee weeks later, the CFO was called at home on Tuesday night and told not to bother coming in Wednesday - or ever. My boss in IT was dropped down to peon level and later fired, one of the engineers with dozens of patents - a key guy, was escorted out, staff was gutted and many were replaced with Roper people.
I have a really really bad feeling about - and history with - take-overs, mergers and buy-outs.
It's always been bad. CCC still is around but not a single person who was there when I worked there was still there about 10 years later. Prior to that, hardly anyone ever left the company.

Does this means big Black Friday sales on Teraflex at 4WP like they do with Pro Comp and Smittybilt? ?
Northridge has a sale on Teraflex going on. I bought geo brackets and some other stuff for the suspension.
