Mostly vaporware right now but they debuted em at SEMA. Anyone eagerly awaiting? I was told they should bolt up with their st 3/4 systems if already installed. Video makes them look really appealing for those of us that love running trails and the desert.

Teraflex told me this:
Ah so hopefully not too long off yuk yuk

Gives me plenty of time to see how I like the st4 setup with the short arms with the brackets

Looking through the instructions for the JL/JLU kit looks like a bit of work to grind off and cut some bits to get this long arm brackets installed. Definitely not going back to short arms after install of long arms. Its bolt on, as advertised, but in a non-reversable sense LOL. With the sport brackets that came with my ST4 kit (which gave a bit over 4.5" of lift) I would say the ride is as good or better than stock. I have no NVH or jarring sensations when driving over rough stuff. It actually feels super smooth. I think I'm looking for someone to convince me I don't need the long arms ;) The regular Alpine IR arms would work good with the setup I have I assume I can even adjust them to get my caster a bit better (was like .3 degree out of range).

I’m going to EJS maybe Teraflex will be there with that sweet SEMA Mojave Gladiator. A ride in it might be enough to convince me to be an early adopter ?

You can go back
AFTER
Rewelding on stock brackets.
:CWL:

My TJ's long arm kit is similar. Cut off the short arm brackets and then the install was drilling and bolts.

Is there a way to purchase new brackets or would I need to save the OG brackets that I’ll likely mangle when grinding off?

I am sure yes, but not sure from where.
I think it would be really hard to reuse the old brackets

@XraytecH Yes but there is cutting off the old brackets. That said should be easy enough to do in the afternoon.

@Sank think you get IR bushings with RT, speedbumps, front/rear trackbar (CT has front) and looks like some sort of metal skid plate.
