I don’t know if this is the place for this, but I just want to thank Jeep this weekend for making a solid vehicle.

We collided with a moose on the highway heading towards Calgary yesterday, and had I been driving my wife’s vehicle, I’m confident some of us wouldn’t be here today.
Everyone except the moose walked away with minor cuts and scrapes.

Glad you are all OK. Moose hits are like hitting a 1 ton truck. Shiras Moose were introduced to Colorado in the late 70s. Supposed to be the smallest of all moose species, but they are still enormous. Males can exceed 1,000 pounds. Hitting one while in the wrong vehicle could be catastrophic.
