Just a nod to Warn's customer service.
Bought an EVO 12S in 2020. Used it a couple of times with the cord. Went to use it the other day and it would not work with the cord, works remote though. I checked the connector, cord etc.. E-mailed Warn tech gave them my voltage and Ohm readings, etc. asked what to check next, they said that the diagnostic was complete enough and send them my info and they are sending me a replacement remote, cord etc..
Can't complain with that!
Thanks Warn!

Their customer service is amazing. Right there with Rock Slide Engineering, Rock Hard 4x4, and Next Venture Motorsports. It’s nice when they stand behind their products. It’s an easy way to continue loyalty. I’ll personally never buy a winch that isn’t from Warn. Glad your experience was the same.

But it's so easy to take a Badlands back into a harbor freight, who wouldn't want to do that? ?

My winch is perfect, but I need to remove my bumper to paint it at some point. It’s also warn. Not the bumpers fault. I’ve raked it over the coals. The idea of uninstalling my winch is horrible when it works perfectly. I certainly don’t want to return one that fails due to reduced quality. :)

I agree, I know that I didn't step up to the Zeon, but Warn is a decent name. Customer service alone has made it worth it.
Not to mention the price, I got it on a deal at Northern Tool when they had all sorts of promotions going. I got the EVO 12S for the same price as a Badlands or Smittybuilt.

I have the same one. Got a decent price on Amazon, but not as good as you it sounds like. Nice work.
