Same boat here. Picked up on October 19th. Over $10k later... Couldn't pass on all the deals since November. Time to take a break....
On another note. Now feeling the truck is looking like one of my vehicles as everything I touch has a certain look. Gotta love cars and accessories.

One year of JTM ownership and $68k in mods. Includes LOD bumpers and slider/steps, winch, ARB dual compressor (x2), ACCC with awning, Expedition Essentials stove, Fuel Beast wheels and 35s (x2), 3” lift, Fox Elite 2.5s, and a companion 2018 JLR to keep the JTM company. Jeeps get lonely too.

How long did it take you to recover?

I took delivery late October. Immediately burned through around $4k. Lmao. Slowed down now.

Early next year I'm adding OEM front trail cam and aux switches then I'm gonna enjoy the truck for awhile before I set more money on fire.

Loving the truck tho.
I drove mine off the lot on 10-24-21 after a 7hr haggle. Didn’t get home until after 1am…got 2hrs of sleep then up bright and early for work. I drug for a week. The only mods I’ve done are a hood strut kit, seat slammer kit on the drivers seat,

LineX’ed the bed, BOLT hood lock and tinted the windows. Almost pulled the trigger on a lift, but am going to wait for the bottoming out correction due out the first quarter 2022.

Also, where did you find the trail cam kit? My dealer said it’s not available unless you ordered it or it came from the factory that way. Same the the brake controller and six switches. They pulled my vin before telling me that.

There's no kit. See my thread....not much there yet but click the link to Jimmy's thread:

https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/my-oem-front-trail-cam-install-thread.52216/

It's an involved process but one I'm comfortable with. The price exceeds the $595 option by about $500 but I'm gonna do it anyway. If you buy the harness from Jimmy it cuts the hassle down a lot.

@Dougstdig nearly all parts are available at BAM wholesale. Then you need 1 oem bracket from Quadratec and 4 cables from Amazon. Not sure why BAM doesn't list the bracket.

Other than pulling trims the only hell in this is firewall penetration. You do need AlfaOBD as well...don't think Jscan or Tazer can pull this off.

@Jimmy07 is the man.
Awesome…thanks. That was a hell of a ride up. At the end of a hard week it kind of made my brain hurt.?

So far: 35s, 4:88 regear, spacers, winch, bumper, some lights, and a few small things.

Future: 37s, metal cloak game changer lift, rubber flooring, and onboard air.

I’m sure there will be more than that. Buts as far ahead as I can dream.

Where in Socal? Santee here.
Esco....have you been to Corral Canyon or Borrego?

The 3 things... get them or regret it.
#1 the AUX switches, 100% get this. If you ever add anything, they rock.
#2 The front so called trail cam seems to be a thing also ,but other than the tire tracks and the squitter thing seems like a waste. I got the aftermarket one and for $180, it gives a good view, works for me.
#3 Bed liner is great. You can get it aftermarket. but the factory job is really nice.

No aux switches here either!! Running them same time as the trail cam connections next month. Agree with your assessment.

So far I've done Mud Caves in Anza and did a ripping run out at Superstition:

Would love to hang.
