Thinking about selling my 2020 Overland

I’m thinking about selling my 2020 Overland, and I’m looking for feedback on what to realistically expect as both a trade-in and as a private sale.

Details:
- 2020 Overland North Edition (3.6, auto, cold weather group and whatever else came with the North Editions)
- Gobi, still have the unused premium soft top in my garage in original box
- 4.5” Metalcloak Gamechanger lift
- Rubicon take-off axles with front and rear lockers, trussed, gusseted, 5.13 gear ratio
- Tazer mini
- Ace stubby front bumper with Warn 12k winch
- 40” tires and matching tan Black Rhino wheels
- Two-tone black and tan Katzkin leather seats
- KC light cubes on the hood
- BakFlip hard rolling tonneau cover
- Poison Spyder Rocker Knockers
- Non cosmetic or mechanical issues
- 118,000 miles (I know I’ll take a hit on this)
- Not included: the 2-year-old gremlin hiding under the truck
