Interco is the only one I know of that has some tires that are the sidewall height when mounted with weight on them.
Oh ya! I've run Interco's before, ppl would ask if 31's were 33's etc, the SSR's I ran were oversized. Great tires.

I have a set of 37x12.5r17 C load bfg KO2s. They weigh the same 68 pounds as the 33" Falken Wildpeak at3ws did. Not a huge loss in power, MPG is maybe down 1 overall, on stock 4.10 gears. They are more like 35.8-36" tall on the weight of the vehicle.

I don't know of any 37" tires that are actually 37", if they were they wouldn't fit in the spare tire location as the frame rails the spare tire mounts between are 36.5" wide. And pretty much every brands 37" tire that I'm aware of fits under the bed so(even brands that people claim run true to size like Nitto and Toyo), just shows how almost no tire will ever be a "true" size.

The Ko2's ride better than the stock falken AT's. However, I'm currently going back in to Americas tire a third time because they haven't been able to balance them properly. So there's a minor vibration at highway speeds.
I'm find this to be more common.DT could not balance one of my tires and got me another, warrantied.Never had this issue before.

I'm currently looking for some new A/Ts, most likely a light 37 or a tougher, heavier 35.

Living in WV, I can see the need for both more height, but also stickier (more traction), but also don't want to hit 80-ish pounds for a tire.

I had Gen. AT/Xs in 37s years ago and they worked very well, not great, but very well. I put over 30k on them in 6 months in everything from highway, to snow, to light rock crawling as we crossed the country 4x with them.

They wore as "perfect" as I could have ever wanted (almost zero feathering).

Where they lacked most was on rock only, at 20 psi, they were hard to hook up. That's Ok, it was a small give for all of the other takes (weight, wear, quietness, etc). And considering I don't live in a place of rock crawling, I was happy.

I'd buy them again if they still made them.

So, now I'm looking at BFGs (MOPAR has them on sale buy 3, Get 1) on sale for $1665 with all fees installed for 37s and $1470 for 35s.

Or... spending more $$ on M/T BajaBoss ATs in 35s which I'd love to try.

I'm wondering if Americas tire/Discount tire always does road force balances or do you have to specifically ask for it? I'm gonna try that when I go back. @Discount Tire

Agreed. My thornbirlds, SSR radials, and the good old Denman Ground Hawgs always looked like 2 sizes up. Glad to see Interco bring back the Ground Hawg mold. Put those things on backwards and it was like running a paddle tire on the sand dunes :)

Just thought I would update because I found it interesting. After taking my Jeep to Americas tire yesterday and asking for a road force balance, the guy actually found my front left tire was excessively out of round. He said even if he balances it, it will always produce a vibration. He ordered me a free replacement tire no questions asked! It'll get here today, thanks @Discount Tire!! Just in time for my trip down to Overland Expo!

Update to my Update: the new replacement tire 100% solved the vibration i was getting at highway speeds!
