When we bought our 2017 JKU back in September one of the papers we had to sign was one that said to not use tire chains on the vehicle. It said that cable chains were okay, but regular chains were a no-no. Fast forward several months and we buy a 2020 Gladiator to add to the stable - the use of tire chains was not mentioned at all during the transaction, and we forgot to ask about them.
Has something changed to make chains acceptable on the Gladiator, or does FCA no longer have purchasers sign a form stating they understand the restriction?
Not that I could ever see us needing to use chains, but I'm just curious!
