Tonneau cover bed rack?

I’ve got a truxedo pro x15 tonneau cover I recently purchased a plot of land to build an house on and I have tools, ladders, and such taking up my bed. I’d love a bed rack that is tonneau cover friendly.

The truxedo cover is a low profile cover that sits on the inside of the bed rails. I believe the tracks are only about an inch onto the bed rails. I also have the tracks attached to the rail system on the interior of the bed walls.

When I measured it, there is 2 inches of bed rail left as seen in the one photo.

id love a full height rack rather a mid height.

Are there any that would work with a rollup cover?

My solution was to mount Elevate slotted rails on the bed, mounted my X15 tonneau to the rails, then my Front Runner towers and racks on the Elevate rails. Elevate makes a full height rack system, but I’m only carrying bikes, so went with the Front Runner short towers. Three years in, everything works great (except for a few leaks, but you probably know about that.

I have the same Truxedo cover & the Temu bed rack works with it perfectly. I usually just haul my kayaks.

Thats an interesting setup. I’ll lave to check pricing compared to a traditional rack. I was originally looking for the overlander type looking but these are like the billiebar.

Our bed racks work with nearly any cover, including tri-folds and Diamondbacks. And we make our racks right here in Pittsburgh.

Not really. Although, I may have to juggle it a bit to the right or left as it goes past the rear rack supports, if cover isn't perfectly centered.
BTW, TEMU is a great company in Florida with excellent customer service, it is beautiful & well made and price is very reasonable. They have frequent discounts for members of this forum, too. I found them after researching for bed racks to fit my Truxedo, also. The website and their staff assured me it would. And not difficult to install.

Not as relevant for you since you already have a cover, but I love the combo of the Roll-n-lock with the Overland Ruff Rax.
