I'm trying to find the max payload for the manual, I have seen one manual Sport S, with the tow package IRL and it had a GVWR of 5800 and payload of 1200.

Jeep lists both the Sport and Sport S as 1600 payload when properly equipt, see dealier for details... I cannot get an answer and need to before I order.

1200 sounds correct to me since you can't get the max tow package with the Manual. GVW with max tow is 6250

Actually I stand corrected, looks like payload with the manual on the Sport is 1600. It's just the towing that is affected according to this article

Picked up my Sport S MT yesterday! First thing I did was put on some JL Rubicon wheels and tires. This truck is freaking amazing. I am so happy with it! It feels as fun as my old YJ and TJ, but WAY more livable for daily driving.

Hey all. Dave from Raleigh NC here. First Time Jeep owner. Went to look at Wranglers and came home with a Gladiator Sport. Looking forward to doing upgrades and talking to you guys.

Picked up my Gladiator from Travis and Tri-City on Tuesday (been so busy I haven't been able to get up here until today). Only thing I can say is "WOW", it is everything I thought it would be and then some. And I can not stop talking about how great Travis and everyone at Tri-City has been.
