Unfamiliar.
I use Hoistatop manual and run it with a cordless drill.
It won't work if you down have a ceiling or some other anchor point, like maybe rafters under a shed though.

Recycled JKU Harken Hoister here. I have 12 ft. garage ceilings and it takes me less than a minute to raise and lower the top with no help from anyone. Super easy. My daughter was 14 (and about 120 lbs.) and even she had no trouble lifting it while I guided it around the roll bar. Used hoists can also be found on Ebay, CL, FB marketplace, etc.
