Yes, I know that. I was only asking if anyone had any "outside the box" type of thinking on how to boost an ice engine.
Believe me, I never thought that you could improve performance with a leaf blower (thats just silly).
Folks are way to serious sometimes

One system is called a compressor, the other is called a fan system.

You don't use a fan to inflate tires for the same reason a you don't use a fan to push compressed air into a motor.
