Tow plates front bumper

We now have a 2024 Jeep GLADIATOR Willy . Two questions 1-can I keep the stock bumper on an install a tow plate that will connect to a BLUE OX TOW BAR , 2- if questions 1 is yes can I also install a winch plate for a winch ?

I have a blue ox tow plate on the front of my 2021 Overland with the stock bumper. Question 2. I don't know yet, however, I plan on a winch in the future.

#1. Yes, but if you have a skid plate it will have to altered.

#2. Yes, depending on which bumper you have as to how much work you'll have to do.

Well I talked to QUADTRAC an I was told to keep the stock bumper I need to use Rockjock TOW Bar p# 92012-27 =$ 321 an to mount a Winch I need p# 12065 - 1030 Winch plate = $288.
Apparently no aftermarket bumper the D - RINGS are not DOT approved for towing although many use them for that me included on my last JEEP , make sure the D RINGS are welded on both sides .
