Ordered 4 new sensors, didn’t want to deal with having the sensors changed so attempted it myself.
Breaking the beads and changing the sensors went very well. Pulled the cores from the valve stem, used a jack to break the bead and hold the tire down so I could change the sensors then used an air gun without the core to reseat the bead. New sensors registered within two miles and everything working fine now.

Nice, I am running the same wheels.

That is neat trick with the floor jack. Wish I had thought of that when I transferred my wheels and sensors from my 2020 to 2021 Gladiator that had the new system TPMS sensors. I used the front brake rotor on a cut piece of 2x4 wood and jacked the vehicle up/down to break the bead. Your method looks way better.

How about a different approach, I too have this problem. and I am not interested in going to back to stock wheels. Either passenger side or rear side intermittently go out. I believe the sensors themselves are not that strong in their broadcast. and therefore the receiver cannot pickup of the signal - already had them replaced and after a day or two, return back to the same problem. . I am looking into what people thoughts are on a signal repeater/booster. I have found some, but I am not sure if the signal repeater/booster must be paired like like the sensor and receiver. if they can be unmarried and simply be the same signal 433,92 Mhz then in theory a well placed repeater/booster should significantly help with the weak signals. Any ideas on this approach

What is the airgun without the core?

Just a cheap Harbor Freight air gun, without the core you can put in more air faster to reseat the tire bead.
