Would be curious to know how that happened...it appears the guy managed to snap a 2.5 ton tie rod end and an aftermarket control arm.

Whoa! The control arm didn't break, it came off whole, taking the frame-side mount with it.

That's a new one on me.

Oh damn you are right...kids must have distracted me when they showed the control arm with the broken bracket still attached @ 1:32...

Looks like the factory mounting brackets are a little light for the aftermarket steering components. The future looks good for fabricators/welders!

Cool recovery. Looks like the welds on the axle just did not penetrate.

Yup that just makes up my mind that I'm not gonna buy Rpm steering,lite brites rig snapped their steering with ease and so did this guy,gonna have to look on who I'm gonna buy

He had to have hit a rock at speed right? I mean the factory control arm bracket seems pretty sturdy to me.

He off roaded the heck out of that, his rig have at it! It can be fixed and something else will become the weak link.
