Trailer Brake Controller Installed - Redarc Tow Pro Liberty

I just installed this unit in my 2020 Sport S with towing package and the brake system in the vehicle just freaks-out and goes into limp mode. Anyone else have any issues getting this to work?

Zero issues installing and getting one to work in my JT.

Did you use the vehicle-specific harness for the controller from Redarc? Have you rechecked your connections? Did your truck have a different controller installed previously or has the vehicle wiring possibly been altered?

Been emailing them for a week now. Using their specific harness. I'm the original owner, and have never modified anything electrical. First problem was no power, that's when I discovered no fuse holder present so no circuit to the fuse box. Tapped power from the accessory plug, now it powers up seems to work, but the BCM seems mad as hell when plugged in.
Just found a Jeep service bulletin for the 2020 JL that sounds like the same issue, but need to call the dealer on it. Might need a re-flash to the BCM to accept a brake controller.
