Tranny won't shift

Well I went back to speak to the mechanic that worked on the Jeep. He told me again the payload was to heavy. So I had the Jeep weighted and it was over the payload, weighing in at 6K. Im gonna have it regeared and see if that helps.....I do tow a small travel trailer and was told to look into 4.88 gears.......Any suggestions?

Mines 5850 payload. 150lbs isn't gonna make it shift like that. I've also towed 5,000lbs of rock a few times and mine still didn't shift like your saying. Something is wrong

I ended up re-gearing the jeep with 4.88. What a difference ! Jeep shifts perfect, drivers perfect. If I could go back in time I would have spent the money on re-gearing before bumpers and winch and sh*t like that. Thank everyone for their assistance and input. Never too late to learn a thing or two.
