Is this an auto problem? I’d suggest not shifting it until you get to your desired location. Hope it isn’t far! Any signs of trouble with it before this?

It is an automatic, not sure about it being a problem with others but it is with me. Happened to me yesterday precisely while exiting highway had a traffic jam of vehicle honking and pissed at me ??‍♂

The message was to continue in drive until you got to a desired location. So what happened to cause people to get all pissed off? The forum needs details as to what you felt the transmission was doing. Was this the first time?

By now you’ve shut it off. It needs a tow to your dealership, yes? Did you plug in an OBD2 reader to read the codes?

At the time I did not read the notification and figured by putting it in park and back to drive would reset however what happened was to completely staled and wouldn’t do anything…move or shift. So that what cause vehicles behind me pissed and they couldn’t get passed me. After a few minutes went by it managed to shut off and on and shift

If that happens again and you’re stuck in park, you can manually take it out of park by pulling on an orange strap thats in front of the shifter under a cover you can pop off. The vehicle can then be pushed out of the way or maybe will go right into drive.

You need to either use a OBD scanner like Jscan or take it to a shop. That may not necessarily be a transmission issue. On pretty much all vehicles after 96, all of the systems work together throught the computer (PCM). You may have an overheating, oil, etc. issue that would tell the transmission to partially disable so that you don't keep further driving and make whatever is going on, worse. I mean.... I do notice that your temp is not overheating. But my point is that it could be something else and not your transmission. Could be! It's a vehicle built by a human, so there's no telling. Either check it out or get it checked out to be 100% sure what the issue is before you start assuming. Assuming will cost you.

It’s at dealer as we speak. I will post what the issue is/was.
