Transmission relearn?

I reset my tire size and want to have the trans relearn the shift points. Will the adaptive pcm/transmission learn on its own or is there other steps I have to take? I’ve asked this before but never got a solid answer.

My understanding is that the control modules will self adjust the shift points.
