Came out nice. How was the dash removal process? I need to do the same speakers in my wife’s JLU and it looks like a ton of work just for speakers.

It wasn't that bad, I took my time and it went pretty good. A few clips stayed stuck but I got them out and put back in place to put it all back together.

How was it dealing with the airbag. Did you disconnect your battery before taking the dash out so not to trigger it.

I didn't think about that part until I had taken it out? guess I got lucky this time. But all I really had to do as disconnect the harness from behind the unit and take out the 2 13mm bolts and it came out easy.

Yeah disconnecting the battery would be highly encouraged.

I'm waiting for warmer weather to paint my spare set in HVY
