The 'service throttle' message only comes on if there is an active engine fault code. Does your diag tool read the fault codes? If you can post the codes, Pxxxx format, resolution will be much easier. Your dealer may not have even checked the codes, maybe just cleared them.

The regen process has different stages and takes about 20 minutes of driving to complete with a warm engine. There are 4 EGT sensors, not sure which 2 your monitor is reading, it would appear the higher temp is just in front of DPF and the DPF temp on monitor is reading after the DPF.

Is this a real known thing? If so that could explain a lot. I was only aware that if engine oil temp EOT was over like 260 than it would derate.

i think a tuner could better verify if this is a thing or not.
