Unable to change GPS icon

There are a number of people trying to change their GPS icon to a Jeep. A large portion of the people only have a blue arrow and can't change it. That's my case, I can't change it. My dealer has two Gladiators on the lot, a Rubicon and an Overland like mine. Drove over and did a test. On the Rubicon I couldn't change the blue arrow to anything, only choice is the blue arrow just like mine. On the Overland I could change it to a lot of different things. The map version, the XM version, the firmware were all the same on each unit. There was no difference in the systems except 2 wouldn't let you change the icon. My guess is there is a bug in some of the systems. I reset my system and it didn't fix it. My guess is it's going to need a new system upload. The dealer is going to contact Jeep next week to see what our diagnostics steps should be. Has anyone found a fix on their own yet?

Same issue on my Rubicon.....my old ‘12 Rubicon I set it with a white Jeep like mine....no luck on the new JT. Can’t wait to hear what your dealer says. Checking with mine for an update this week. Fingers crossed!

My Rubicon JT also only has the blue arrow as an option, however I have also noticed not having the app for the tire fill notification thingy ma boop.

This also something I looked at on mine. My buddies 2018 JLR can change his icons. Crazy.

Below the big center icon, towards the bottom of the screen where it says "Blue Arrow" on either side of that there are arrows.
Do they do anything for you? It worked for me.
On mine they change it amongst a couple like different color arrows, Wrangler, and Compass (I think it was).
I scrolled through them and went back to the blue arrow as it was the easiest to read.

Yea they are grayed out and don’t change anything.

Mine let me change it but there is no Gladiator icon to select. Only Jeeps in there are a green Wrangler and a white GC. Total missed opportunity, but better than not being able to change it at all. Here's hoping for a UConnect update.
