If a slide hammer is not available I would bolt the tire back on and use that instead of the rotor to gain pulling forceI think this is where I used the brake rotor loosely bolted on as a de facto slide hammer when removing my rear axle.
The 3 bolt unit bearing hammer trick above sounds easier.
