That is an alert telling you your ESS (electronic Stop Start) is not working/available.

Could be a battery issue, or something else. You can scroll through the messages in the EVIC and see if it gives you a status.

It is the auto stop/start warning. Mean stop/start isn't working right

Carry a cheap ODBII reader and scan it next time for any pending but not posting codes. A pending but not posting misfire code can also trip the ESS disabled light.

My 2020 Gladiator would get that light once in a blue moon and then about once every 2-3 weeks in the summer and it was a pending misfire code that would never post as a hard check engine light code.

I got that light the other day after a (very) cold start. I think it was 1 degree outside. After it warmed up and probably charged the battery a bit, it went away.

I’ve run in temperatures lower than that, and not had an ESS warning.
It might be a good idea to have your batteries tested.

Nah, its the auto start feature disabled. As a previous member stated, might be your battery or such. I'd get it checked just to be on your safe side.
