Just got my 24 grille. For the guys with the front trail cam who made this swap, how did you secure the camera wire harness? (The 24 grille has a different clip orientation from the older grille). Did you buy new clips?
Thanks

Curious to know this myself, it's one of the things that's held me up on doing this.

So went ahead and did the 2024 grille. Much more room behind the winch as stated. My cables were touching the bottom of the old grille. Even had to remove my skid plate to access the winch mounting bolts on the Warn winch plate and remove them to scoot the winch up an inch just to get the old grille out and new one in.
Anyone with the Warn plate and VR EVO series possibly even the Zeon series setup will most likely have to do this as well based off where it places the winch in relation to the original grille. But definitely more room once completed.

Very happy with the look as it grew on me quick.

I bought some push clip style cable ties from Amazon, they aren't the exact diameter we need so I had to trim them to work, and then black gorilla taped the remaining line. Worked great. pic below.

Quick question...what did you do for the retainer for the camera itself? I believe I read somewhere else it's different from the 20-23 grille.

Yes the camera retainer is different and came with my grille from Distinction Applied.

So I finally received my '24 grill from @AllMoparParts.com early this week (3 months wait time). Unfortunately there was a 3" crack on the top, passenger side of the large black base, plus one of the lower mounting tabs into which the metal clips are fitted was also broken off. Because All Mopar Parts could not estimate the time for replacement of the broken part other than "at least 3 weeks or more" I decided to repair it as best as I could with plastic welding techniques (took an extra hour of work but turned out OK).
All Mopar Parts said they would process a partial refund for the broken part but have yet to determine the amount. Let's wait and hope it's considerable.
Now, I've not seen any posts as to the actual grill swap and exactly what's involved, so here's my take on it.
Got the body colored surround pieces (4) painted at a shop, and I painted the slot trim/ headlight bezels in dark gray.
All the parts for the new grill snapped into place quite precisely. To complete the job you will need 8 new plastic rivets (and gun to install them) along the top edge, two self tapping screws on each of the inside lower corners, transfer and re-use 6 metal clips along the bottom, swap over the weatherstripping along the top edge (fitted with Xmas tree plugs) and the foam rubber seals on both top corners (fitted with Xmas tree plugs and contact glue).
Although the camera and its washer nozzle fit precisely into their slots, the camera bracket does not fit the new grill and no replacement was sent. I fabricated a simple bracket out of 3mm thick ABS plastic sheet to resolve this issue. The camera cable clips cannot be swapped over so I re-routed said cable up below the top edge on the driver's side and down along the headlight bezel and fixed it in place with small zip ties.
After all this was done, the whole thing just snapped back into place on the front of the Gladiator and looks fantastic!
It's certainly more involved that I thought it would be and I hope this helps anyone that will be performing the grill change in the future.

nice work! Makes much more sense to diy repair than wait who knows how long for a replacement.

Sorry for the issues you had David and thank you for your patience during the ordering process. If I can help with the refund process let me know. Also would you like me to have the camera bracket sent to you? I am not sure how accessible it is.

The Jeep looks awesome!

Hi Benny,
Thanks so much for chiming in.
Yes, please! Help me with the refund. I'll appreciate all you can do with that.
If you can send me the camera bracket that would be fantastic as well. As most of us do, I'm sure I'll be doing further work on the Gladiator and I'll mount the bracket sooner than later (though I'm kinda happy with the way my temporary "solution" turned out, LOL! ).
All said, your company is excellent, the kinks will get worked out, and most importantly, the Gladiator looks amazing with the new 2024 grill.
Thanks again.
