Has anyone purchased the Distinction Applied after market 2024 grille? 549 color matched and shipped isn’t too bad.

I did. I've had it on since last December. No issues. Perfect paint match to my Firecracker Red.

You can just replace the center grill section with the camera optioned one. You don't need to replace the entire grill unless you bought some 3rd party grill that is all one piece. This is the part number that was listed earlier.

No. I bought a multiple peice one so that i could get it painted and look factoey without having to tape anything off. I bought this one....

Gotta say, I really like this change. I liked it as soon as I saw this thread actually but couldn't find a decent priced one.
I have now. I'm going to go to a local body shop tomorrow to get a quote to get it painted and, if its reasonable, I will be ordering

I ended up pulling the trigger on this eBay one. It was originally listed at $189 and I was able to get it for $165 after negotiating and eBay offering $10 off if purchased through their app, so $178 shipped.
Same seller has dropped the price now to $170.99. Good price if anyone if interested.

I wonder if the just black matte would work with the Willys,or does it have to be painted to protect it?

I've read all 13 pages and except for a couple stateing a improvement at idle speeds I've seen nothing to support temp drops at freeway speed on hills in 100* heat. I have no issues low speeds even at 7400lbs, Freeway hills in 100* heat yes but using a Tazar fan control have keep it under 240* easy. So any evidence of temp reduction for summer temps on hills ?
